The guard will have the power not to open the shelter in case of high weather risk and/or avalanches. In the event that it does not open, the guard will personally notify the customers who have previously made the reservation, to inform them that the refuge will not open. The notice will be given at least 24 hours before the client's arrival at the shelter. In this case, the entire payment made in the reservation will be returned.
